Slaying Basilisk Knights in OSRS Without Losing Your Mind (or Supplies)

The Basilisk Knight might not sound like much, but don’t let the name fool you. If you walk in unprepared, it’ll send you packing faster than you can eat a shark. If you’re planning to take on the osrs basilisk knight, a little prep goes a long way. Unless you enjoy burning through your bank for fun.

Getting There Isn’t the Hardest Part

First, you’ll need to unlock the Fremennik Slayer Dungeon. No grand entrance, no fireworks. Just a straightforward walk once you’ve got the Fremennik Exiles quest done. Make sure you’ve got a mirror shield or the Neitiznot faceguard. Without it, you’ll take constant damage, no matter how tanky you think you are; your health will vanish faster than free loot in the Grand Exchange.

Gear Up or Give Up

Basilisk Knights aren’t pushovers. They hit through prayer, and they’ve got a decent defence level. So don’t stroll in wearing your cooking cape and expect results. Melee works best. Think high-strength bonuses. Dragon Hunter Lance? Great. Abyssal Whip? Decent. Anything with decent stab damage will do the job. Bring your best melee armour, Bandos, Justiciar, or even good ol’ Barrows if you’re on a budget. For inventory, load up on food, prayer potions, and a teleport out. Sounds basic, but you’d be amazed how many people forget the tele.

Expect a Grind, Not a Breeze

Don’t let the first few kills fool you. These guys can be tanky. If you’re on a Slayer task, it’s worth it. If not, ask yourself why you’re there. The Basilisk Jaw drop is the golden ticket, but it’s rare. They’re not splashy. They’re not fast. But they’re solid money if you can stay consistent. Think of it like fishing, with a lot more blood and fewer lobsters.

Positioning Matters More Than You Think

This isn’t a free-for-all. The room gets crowded. Avoid standing too close to other players. You’ll end up attacking the wrong target or getting KO’d by accident. Stick to a spot and don’t move around like a lost tourist. Also, turn off auto-retaliate. You don’t want to attack a knight before you’re ready or when you’re sipping a brew.

Prayer Use: Smart, Not Spammy

Protect from Melee helps, but don’t burn through your entire prayer reserve in five kills. Learn the attack rhythm. Turn prayer on when needed, off when safe. Mix in defence boosts if you’ve got room. You need to stretch supplies without playing it too risky. Over time, small prayer habits make the grind more efficient and way less expensive.

Is It Worth It Long-Term?

If you’re just in it for the Slayer XP, sure, do it when you’re assigned. But farming these guys off-task just for a jaw? That’s a gamble. Some players make bank. Others leave with broken dreams and an empty coin pouch. Treat Basilisk Knights like a high-risk slot machine. Fun in doses, rewarding with luck, frustrating if you stick around too long. Just know what you’re getting into before you burn …

The Pot Smoking Expert: Tips and Tricks on How to Smoke Weed

The pot-smoking expert is here to offer you some tips and tricks on how to smoke weed efficiently. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned smoker, there will be something in this blog post for everyone. We’ll go over the different ways to get high, what kind of weed paraphernalia you should use, how long it takes before the effects kick in, and more.

Use Ash Catchers

weedOne of the basics of being an effective smoker is using a 14mm Ash Catcher to allay you the means to clean up your smoking experience. Cleaning up the fallen ashes after smoking is never a fun task, so using an ash catcher will help to keep your smoking environment clean.

Choose the Right Pipe or Bong

When it comes to pipes and bongs, not all are created equal. Some smokers prefer small lines for quick hits, while others prefer large bongs that allow them to take long drags. It really depends on what you prefer. When it comes to bongs, make sure that the item is made from glass or high-quality plastic not to affect the taste of your weed.

Use a Vaporizer

If you want to be a true pot-smoking expert, then vaporize your weed! It is better for the environment and healthier and more efficient. A quality grinder can make all of the difference when vaping because ground-up bud will burn evenly, whereas if not done correctly, it’ll combust, and the smoke will be harsher.

If you want to take your use of weed paraphernalia to a whole other level, then consider investing in an herb vaporizer. These bad boys are built well and can last for years before needing replacement. They’ll give you all of the benefits that come with using a bong without having to worry about the harsh smoke.

Start with a Low Dosage

If you are new to smoking weed, start with a low dosage. This will help you to better gauge how the drug will affect you and prevent any unwanted side effects. You can always increase the dosage if necessary, but it’s best to start small and work your way up.

Wait Before Consuming More

If you’ve just smoked a joint or taken a hit from your bong, wait at least 20 minutes before consuming any more. This will give the cannabinoids enough time to kick in and provide you with the desired effects. It’s also important not to overdo it, as smoking too much weed can lead to an array of adverse side effects such as paranoia and anxiety.

Take a Break Every Once in a While

manIt’s essential to take some time off from smoking weed every once in a while if you want to avoid any nasty side effects that may come with overconsumption, such as increased feelings of anxiousness or depression. If you smoke every day for an extended time, your body will become used to the drug, and you’ll need to smoke more to feel the desired effects. This …
